Everything was made very well! The salad was fresh and everything was served super quickly. Definitely recommended for anybody supercharging and needing somewhere to hangout for an hour or so. You can also get your hair cut or your eyes checked next door. Lol
1.- What’s the difference between Cup and Bowl? I see the same quantity on a different recipient. If you guys charge more for a ”big one”, why you serve the same quantity?. That’s a scam. 2.- This is the best proof that you guys don’t take the vegetables washing very seriously. 3.- I recommend a better training to your personnel. The girl in the front couldn't hear me, because she had his headphones on, and she never took them off. Also, I asked her something about the menu and she was completely lost, she had to call for help.
This Panera specifically is very nice and elegant. The food was great. It was just a bit to pack I understand but I do not like waiting. Other than that I have no complaints. It’s a reliable restaurant. It does what it is to do.
I would have given my experience today 5 because they have the sweetest lady in the back willing to go above and beyond to make your experience and food excellent. However, my order was made wrong and I went to inquire about price she stated oh the salad is more expensive then the sandwich. I looked puzzled becauae she truly did not want to give me the time. The lady who remade my salad and was kind stopped the manager and stated she had a half salad and not a new sandwich. Oh, well its only $.40 overcharge and walked away. Leaving me baffled with her thinking ugh it's $0.40. On the receipt it clearly states. If it's not correct every time, will fix it right away and give you a free treat for your trouble. Not even apology was given by the manager which is what is so disappointing. However, the lady who had made my sandwich apologized andoffered a treat which I really appreciate. This manager could take some courtesy classes from her employee.
The music is literally blaring on a Sunday morning and the nice cashier told me multiple people had complained ab it this morning, and that people complain ab it all the time, but the music volume setting, if you can believe it, is controlled by corporate. Like, only corporate has access to the audio system to change the volume. It's the most insane thing I've ever heard. UPDATE -- Went to another Panera and they had NO IDEA what i was talking ab re: corporate control of volume. It looks like the manager at this location is LITERALLY LYING TO THE STAFF AND CUSTOMERS ab it probably bc they dont want people studying there.
The drive-thru at this Panera is terrible. I’ve had lots of isolated issues with drive-thru staff. One time I went through the drive through I was told that they’re not selling smoothies despite it being on the menu. Today I tried to order a pick two and the girl told me that the sandwich I wanted couldn’t be part of a pick two despite me ordering the same thing for years. When I asked her when this changed she said it’s recent. I ended up calling this location when I got home and speaking to the manager about not being able to place an order in the drive-thru and she confirmed that it can be part of a pick two. The Elmhurst Panera is so much better. I’ve had no issues there. Since this Panera moved the service has greatly declined. The drive-thru staff seems untrained. This instance resulted in a loss of sales for Panera as my order was rejected by the employee. I’ll stick with the Elmhurst location.
Their sandwiches and their salads are pretty good. Just some normal Panera. Pretty quick service with not many people around.Dine in: Yes
The drive thru wait is beyond long, but the staff is friendly & the customer service is great.
Decent food, just really wish they would do rapid pick up via their drive thru.
The place it’s good but also poor They never have anything in the store unless you get there at 8 am I get it they out of good if it was after 5 a clock afternoon but to not have much at 10 a clock that’s just bad service ! The stuff it’s great there and that’s about it !
