We ordered the Margherita pizza with steak and they forgot to add the basil to both pizzas. When my wife mentioned it to the “cook,” she just grabbed some wilted looking basil and tossed it on her pizza without so much as an apology. I mean, they must make a hundred Margherita pizzas a week and you forget the basil topping? I ate mine without basil once I saw my wife’s pizza. Other than that, they were warm and tasty.
I ordered a Greek salad. I wanted a scoop of tuna on top. Not offered as an option, even though they have tuna sandwiches. The amount of dressing provided is minuscule...barely half the container was filled. I ordered an extra dressing and it was still a very dry salad.
If you are concerned about hygiene or health this is not a good place. I've ordered a sandwich while ago.. noticed they do dusting and cleaning the preparation area. Since it took a while after I ordered, thought they stopped operating for cleaning. When I asked, a lady just looked around and said, oh I can quickly wrap yours.. that said they did cleaning while exposed my order.
Good food, some of it is better than others. Their breakfast sandwiches and baked goods are delicious. The sandwiches and soups are good, but there are a few items that are just not suited to Panera like the flatbread pizza. The drinks are really good, especially the "charged" drinks. Just be aware they have a ton of caffeine in them. The staff is mostly pleasant, and the atmosphere is nice but a bit busy to hang out and dine.
Service is slow and not organized. Portion size for the price is ridiculous. Got more bread then Mac and cheese. Now I remember why I don't come to this place.
Redicilous how long it took at 2:40PM just to get a bowl of soup! Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought it could take 14 minutes after I ordered to get it! This Panera needs to move to a larger location to have bigger kitchen area so things move quicker! The bathroom hadn't had any attention in hours and even where you do your own " busing" of table was overflowing!
Stood for Rapid Pick-Up counter for 35 minutes after ordering as they ignored my order of 4 simple sandwiches. Watched as 8 later orders came and went, my name was still on the board. Gently asked if it was coming up soon & she just pointed to the name board and said it's still up. Duh, I'm aware! Finally received my order, returned to my waiting family and got the highway, only to find sandwiches were not made to order and no pickles included. It was indeed a busy time but there's no way 8 orders that came after me many of them assembled and cooked and mine was 2 colds & 2 hots, the 2 hots being 2 pieces of cheese and 2 pieces of bread to make 2 simple grilled cheeses should have left before me while I stood there. At the very least, the 2 at the counter should have asked me who I was after 15-20 minutes and looked into it. Standing for 40 minutes waiting on 4 sandwiches, huge disappointment.

Great location and great tasting soups and 1/2 sandwich. The half sandwich was actually a quarter.
Excellent place for all time dine in. Coffee, sandwiches, soups, salads and so on. So healthy and really fresh.
