99 Restaurants

Stopped at 99 on the way to the airport, when we were headed home, yesterday. Good food and our server was nice. The popcorn for an appetizer was interesting and unexpected but welcome. The taste of the good and atmosphere was similar to that of Chili's or Texas Roadhouse, except a lot quieter. My wife didn't care for the chicken pot pie but my hamburger and fries were good. Would come back here.

We have not been to a 99 Restaurant in about 9 years. Tonight though, we decided to try because we were looking for some change. We were given menus plus their specials. Items on their specials did not have prices so I looked at their online menu for this location. I ordered the more expensive lobster roll, buttered, with no celery mayo or other dressings as it looked more filling with meat. Only to find out both lobster rolls are the same amount of meat, but one is heated therefore, costs more. But the lobster meat the requires mixing with mayo and celery would be more labor intensive therefore that should be more money than simply heated lobster meat. ‍ In addition, our daughters food off the kid's menu was the mac and cheese but it was a bowl mostly filled with cheese with very few macaroni, like a macaroni soup. The price on our receipt was not consistent with the pricing online, as I mentioned the specials did not have pricing on them. But overall, I do not feel like we got value for what we paid for. It will probably be a other 9 years before I consider visiting again.

Server was great. Fish came out raw, but they fixed that and brought me a new dish. Enjoyable evening with family.

Upon entering the establishment we were greeted right away and sat down in a very clean area with a clean table . We ordered the highly recommended steak tips king sized and omg were they delicious. They were perfectly cooked and very well seasoned. Flavored all the way through with every chew. My Shirley Temple was awesome and so was the Mango Mai Tai but the real star lwas our server Lexi what an attentive, talkative and funny server. She was so awesome always asking if the food was good, checking our drinks making sure they weren't empty. After the bill was paid we were talking to Lexi and found out she was the only server on at that time. WOW she kept up with all the guests that were there. If The 99 only new what a great and special server they have with Lexi. Highly recommend going to any of the 99's and if you go to the Manchester, NH one make sure you ask for Lexi you will love her.

Been a fan of the 99's forever, can't say that I've ever had a negative experience at any location Mass or NH until Concord. Ordered a Cos Amigos shot and a Cos Amigos Margarita. Looked like 1/2 a shot and tasted like cheap tequila. Margarita arrives in a water glass rimmed with table salt. I ask to have it served in a Margarita glass, the waiter returns with one hot from the dishwasher. Un-rimmed of course. I'm to serve myself apparently. Re-poured, tasted the now warm drink and sent it back. Garbage service, will not be visiting that location again.

99 is always consistently good, especially the Manchester location. Servers and bartenders are friendly, down to earth people. The food doesn't reinvent the wheel but you know what to expect and they always execute. We don't go to a lot of chain restaurants because of bad experiences but the 99 is one of the good ones.Food: 5/5

Not only is the food good but our service the past two times has been above and beyond! Emilee was are waitress both times. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable. She is one of the best waitresses I have ever had! This is our favorite place now!

I am normally very happy with this meal mushroom sirloin. In fact, tonight was the first night it was less than delicious. The mushrooms tasted canned, and were not hot. The asparagus, while ok, did not taste roasted. The sirloin did not taste like sirloin, and was grisly and kind of tough. Hubby open face pub steak sandwich, and he said it was great. He was very happy with it. Service was also great... host and server were both very nice. 7/2022 - not sure when I posted the above review, but I know it has been months if not over a year. The Mushroom Sirloin is now non-existant, and I'm sorry to say the sirloin I received had grizzle going through it. The spring salad has been replaced by a house salad... and while the serving is large, with lots of lettuce, there were only 3 little grape tomatoes, 3 small slices of cuke and 2 slices of onion. The croutons were stale. Hubby ordered the steak tips & chicken. He said the tips were good, the chicken "ok". Not impressed with whoever Ryan is. He seated us, and was not at all friendly. However, our server, Abuk, was quick to smile, friendly, and stayed on top of everything.

Had a seafood plate that had hardly any seafood in it. Also ordered the ribs and they were not fall off the bone and tasted like they had been put in the microwave. We’re $60 meal we’ve had in a long time.
