I had the pleasure to visit Panera Bread for lunch today and it was an experience I will never forget! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a young man named Patrick who was exceptionally attentive and kind. He asked me what I'd like to order and advised me on the best sandwich for my taste preferences. He then made sure that I had everything I needed for a perfect meal, including tea and a side of bread, apple, or chips. But the best part of my visit was the service by Patrick - he was incredibly friendly and gave me the most personalized experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I felt like he treated me as if I was a special guest in the restaurant, and he was so careful to make sure my order was made correctly. I was truly impressed by his attention to detail and dedication to customer service. I'd highly recommend Panera Bread to anyone looking for a meal that's not only delicious but also served with excellent service!
This is such a GOOD Panera Bread. You know how not all franchises are equal? This one is really rock solid, with exceptional contributing staff and seasoned management who have a hand in every process, working closely with the employees. Just a suburb place. I had walked out of McAlister's because there was a group of 4 teens being obnoxious, screaming and yelling after buying drinks. I said to the young female there, taking my order, "am I going to have to deal with this?". "They are legitimate; we can't do a thing" she said. So I walked out. When I arrived at Panera Bread, I told the manager about my experience and she simply stated "we don't put up with that stuff, ever. I just asked a group of kids to leave the other day. We never tolerate that type of behavior." I was relieved to say the least. This has become my new 'go to' eating place ~ they are so kind, you'll be amazed. I have a gluten problem and they go through the menu to help pick out soups, salads, etc. Super lovely place. You will feel very comfortable here. The environment feels safe and cozy. Nice quality, exceptional staff. Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options in soup and salads.
I recently visited Panera Bread with my family and we had the best experience! Patrick, the employee that served us, was so incredibly kind. He was attentive to our needs, offering us nothing but the best service. He even gave me a lollipop! The food was amazing. Patrick made us the perfect sandwich, served with a zesty soup. It was so delicious, I almost didn't want to share it with my family. I am so happy that my parents chose to take us to Panera Bread. We will definitely be returning soon. Thanks to Patrick for making our visit so special!
Great food but I'm leaving this review as a wake up call to the manager JJ, who i overheard making a nasty comment to an elderly customer one day recently and last week was humiliating one of their workers publicly. I'm a regular and can't stand how she treats people, so I now go elsewhere. Everyone else keeps the food great and place afloat!
ALWAYS SASTISFYING!!! I was only visiting, but my expectations of greatness delivered by Panera as a company weren't diminished by the experience I had at this location! I ordered the Mediterranean Bowl with Chicken. My absolute favorite dish!! Delicious per usual!!

This location has had horrible service for several years. I often get online orders from here, and orders are routinely late and/or are missing items. I estimate that orders are late at least 50% of the time, and are wrong or have missing items at least 10% of the time. The staff is constantly changing, but multiple managers have been here for a long time. The lack of hustle and customer service acumen of the staff no doubt stems from the poor training these managers provide. After having an online order be 15 minutes late for pick up this morning — with no apology — I decided that I’m done with the Glenview location. I live close by but have found that driving out of the way to Deerfield is worth it, and is usually faster even with the extra drive time.
So disappointed that this Panera now looks badly in need of an in depth cleaning and updated interior. Appears short staffed- slow to take orders, tables filthy, used dish station overflowing, no supplies in self service station. Love the healthy food. Please get this Panera back up to its former high level! Kid-friendliness: Kids toys left on the table
I am a Panera bread customer for long time. This location messed up my order . I ordered Chicken noodle soup one bowl- they gave me broccoli cheddar soup which i could not eat. Also ordered avocado chicken melt and bbq chicken sandwich -they gave me some sandwich which is a total waste. My $25.32 is a complete waste. Very disappointed.
