So I’ve had this deep dish pizza before, and this is the FIRST time I’ve got the pizza burnt and dry, manager answer? “That’s how it is, I’ll bring you a side of the onion” not only a way to ruin the best pizza, the worst customer service ever. Such a waste of $35.
Really good pizza! My wife and I just went there on the roll of the dice, and glad we did. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because, in my opinion, the cheesy garlic bread could have used a bit more garlic. Otherwise it was great. Thank you! Highly recommended.
The managers at this location are very welcoming and provide amazing customer service. The pizza is done very well and the staff is always providing alternatives and different menu options.

This location is not very far from where I live. They are at Waukegan just south of Willow Road, and I am at roughly Lake Street and Waukegan. I ordered a Pizza to be delivered, it arrived ice cold. Turn out the delivery man was walking, Giordano's sent my pizza on what Goolgemaps says is a 40 minute walk.
It was my first time not only in IL but also at this comfortable, quaint, incredible spot. Not only was the food A+ I ordered a deep dish pizza but our server was as well. His name is Keith and he was the epitome of customer service at it's finest. Hats off to a wonderful experience. If I'm ever out that way again I will see to it that I can stop by.
Awesome spot for getting the world famous Giordano's deep dish pizza in a convenient avoid the crowds way. If you are a fist timer you must definitely visit their original downtown location. But if you just want the pizza quick better not go to the downtown location. Rather go to the limited locations and they have a few tables but mostly take away. The only reason I have this location 4 stars is that we had to initially sit at a table at arm's length from the restroom door they reseated us upon request later when a better table was made available. They probably shouldn't have a table there at all. But the service and food are great! The guy at the counter who doubles as a server does an awesome job!
Fast service, friendly staff, and delicious deep-dish pizza. What's not to love?
Wow, excellent pizza. I don’t get to Chicago often but when I do I always visit Giordano’s. It takes a while to cook but the stuffed pizza is worth the wait.
