Are you sure these are fresh bagels? Not sure why people still go here, every time I try a bagel it tastes like a few days old. Not very different than the "freshly baked" ones at the supermarket. Kinda hard bagels and for a price of fresh ones. That said, this is no different than other bagel places I've tried around the area, all taste the same expect for one place that really does have fresh bagels
Love the chain overall but this place somehow butchered my Nova Lux to much cream cheese, tick onions, almost no salmon. Everything else was standard.
I can’t believe Einstein went from my favorite breakfast place to losing my business. It all started when they closed the lake avenue location which had competent employees who seemed to care. This location I have never seen such inept employees working for an established chain restaurant. This location does not respect your time or schedule. The app says order 15-20 minutes ahead of time. This was accurate for lake ave, not phingstin. I would order 45 minutes ahead of time cause I knew they were never ready and still I would have people with walk in order arrive and leave before my mobile order. Not to mention the place was abandoned alone Saturday at 7:20 AM! I drove all the way there, the lights were off, and I didn’t get a refund for the app. The following Monday after another 45 minutes mobile order wait I officially declared I will never use Einstein again. Update: 5/24/2022 After trying Einstein's again after about a week things seem to be running smoother. I see some of the old employees at the Lake location here and It seems they got rid of some of the dead weight on the team. Hopefully they can keep this up
We have been coming here Saturday mornings on and off for about 2 years. They seem to really struggle with the app orders. The priority are people coming in person, app ordered are filled on a “if we have time” basis. This time we went in to order- the lady was throwing literally like a basketball our bagels into the box- one ended up on the counter- thankfully she didn’t put it in the container. But a little respect for the items I’m buying would be nice. And why is the seating area still closed? It’s time to open up.
Doesn't let you cancel said you have to go online but online doesn't let you cancel either!!! Always out of the hash brown and it's not even halfway through the shift. Placed in order at 10:09 still waiting 45 minutes later and forgot to make our drinks WOW never again!!!!
Just went here today and got bagel and shmear and literally got 2 small pieces of lox that didn’t cover a bagel… almost $10 for this….
Would have given 4 stars, but we couldn't sit and eat at the location, though there is plenty of space.
great variety of Bagels/breads. Pastries, super fresh,just out the oven, staff is really polite and Friendly, offers lots of healthy choices, amazing breakfast Sandwiches, highly recommended for breakfast!
I really wish they would bring the tables/chairs back for dining in. It’s set up for takeout only which is disappointing.
The manger here, Mario absolutely sucks. His customer service is beyond poor. Not only did he mess up our order, he proceeded to yell at us for his mistakes.
