Disaster waiting to happen. The lanes in this grocery store are extremely tight and crammed with stuff, making it difficult to move around. God forbid there is a fire or something—it would be disastrous. This place definitely needs better organization and space management.
I’ve been a regular shopper here for a little over 3 years and have generally appreciated the availability of Indian vegetables and groceries. However, I was recently disappointed to find rotten food in the sweets aisle. While some customers might notice and avoid it, others—especially those in a rush—might unknowingly purchase it.nnGiven that the store already prices items slightly on the higher side, this experience raises concerns about the overall quality and freshness of other products too, especially packaged spices and nuts sold under the Panchavati label. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures better quality control moving forward.
Yesterday we got 33$ worth gongura from Panchavati - but all the leaves are covered in worm eggs and worms, this is the 3 rd time we experienced this. While some level of worms might occasionally show in veggies which is common this case is way too different - stock is very bad leaves are dry and mushy, but price we pay is too much for the quality we get, Just be extra careful when getting veggies
Today is Aug 26th 2025, they are STILL selling expired things. My mistake, should have checked the date before buying. The thing has fungus if you zoom into the second picture. After so many bad reviews you would think they will change BUT I would suggest go to another place instead
Panchvati is our one stop shop for all pan indian ingredients and products, with an incredible assortment of diverse and high quality food. The best part is the constant innovation and live fresh cooked in store convenience food, including homestyle rotis, theplas, parathas, snacks, chaat items etc. A wonderful discovery today was the newly started live Paani Poori counter!! Delicious flavorful varieties of paani, concocted fresh daily by their very warm, welcoming and sweet server, Riya, who prepared and fed us with a smile! Highly recommend trying all the flavors, such as peri peri, garlic, spicy mint, mango and khatta meetha! Thanks so much for a lovely reminder of home, Riya!
