I had an amazing experience at No Frills thanks to Austin, the cashier. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough during the checkout process. Austin handled price matching with ease, knowing the policies and procedures like a pro. It's not every day you meet someone who works with such attention to detail and efficiency, while also being so courteous. His excellent service deserves recognition. This No Frills location is lucky to have such a dedicated team member!
I had been to this place more than 30 times during my stay in Canada.nA good supermarket one can afford In Canada and not I India.nAll vegetables, fruits, dairy products, etc, etc, we're available.nI personally went alone for shopping , pushing the trolley inside.nYou pick up what you want and go to the cash counter and tap your credit card firstly for your bonus points pending and then for the price to be paid, using your Credit or Debit card.nThe Counter staff mostly females, either Canadins or people from different countries were quick to help you.nThe men uniform in stores help u to locate particular items.nThat was fun.nOnce you park your trolley, you get back half a Canadian dollar or whatever.
DISCRIMINATORY CUSTOMER SERVICE.nnA cashier at around 11:10 AM today falsely and very rudely accused my daughter and I of pushing another customer's cart aside in lineup.nnWe did not touch it... the cart was left very distanced from the register and the other customer left it unattended. She did not see this happen yet she was very quick to judge. This was blatant racial discrimination and extremely inappropriate. There are many reviews that outline similar discriminatory incidents. Action must be taken by management now to fix this issue.nnI am extremely disappointed by the customer service at this location. This should not be tolerated. Do better.
A big no for Indians, do not visit this store. A guys who pretends to be the manager, discriminated us, cursed us about being an Indian. This guy is the definition of racism. I’ll never ever visit this store. Grow up man you are not a kid anymore. Maybe his parenting has some issues. Seriously this guy needs to be in a mental hospital or in a jail. He is not the person who should roam around freely. A big question is how the hell he got hired. Anyways it is what it is. I don’t need any apology. I just want to say brother you need to grow up, we are not living in 1700s.blacks and browns are not your servers anymore. If you think you are supreme to anyone then first achieve something. You are just the manager at grocery store not the president of nation.
It was terrible experience today shopping with this store.nnDiscrimination is on peak with this location.nnToday I went there for grocery shopping with my friends. While checking out, I have been encountered with their Associate.nnI don’t know what happened, and he was shouting on us and refused to serve us and said to leave the store.nnHe said to leave the store and go for another grocery store, and my friends are new to this country they are almost afraid of this behaviour.nnWhat surprised me is no one from the store came to de-escalate the issue.nnThis is not the Canada what I imagined.nnI will not come again to this location, though it won’t affect you but I cannot tolerate people disrespecting to me and my friends.nnI want to say a lot what I felt, but words gonna be less for this.
