Pancho's Mexican Food

The food was extremely well priced for ample portions!! Extremely delicious food and was pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. I highly recommend stopping in for a meal!!

No matter what time I drive through, the food is always amazing. The chicken chimi meal #16 is massive, my two kids and myself can share one and still not finish it. The chicken is super tender and seasoned great with a little bit of spice, which is awesome! Plus 24hours, can’t beat it, seriously.nnConsidering I live in Fort Collins and the same dinner in a fancy dine in restaurant has half the food, dry tasteless meat, and costs more. I love this place.nnKeep in mind I know that quality has gone down in a lot of restaurants after Covid, but I will happily spend my money here.nnYes you may have to talk to someone where English is not their first language, but if your patient everything will be ok. The workers have always been nice and my order has not been messed up yet. Oh and considering it’s in Casper Wyoming, you won’t find better, especially with a drive through that’s open around the clock.

i got their custom California burrito with extra beef, bacon and cheese toobz, i couldn't finish the $46 monstrosity so i left it on my kitchen counter overnight. 16 hours later i added Doritos, more shredded cheese and cat food to it *chef`s kiss* it tasted better than my long-distance girlfriend, Jessica. TMDWU. praise sickos.

I went through the drive thur and ordered 2 shredded beef tacos which were great quality but I asked for extra red salsa and no green salsa. Instead they gave me only green salsa so the tacos were not as good as they could have been. I would recommend walking in and then you can choose the salsa and sauces!

I wanted to like this place but, the food was quite bland, and both my husband and I had bubble guts for days after eating here. He ate less of his meal than me and recovered quicker than I did. No, I can't prove it because I didn't go to the hospital, after day 3 I did seriously consider it. That's how bad I felt.
