Pancheros Mexican Grill

This is as good as it gets for a burrito franchise. Ten times better than chipotle for relatively the same price and you won't have to wait nearly as long for your food. Friendly staff, AMAZING food, and the atmosphere is wonderful! Eleven out of ten!Food: 5/5

I have only been here a couple of times, one time it was decent the next time it was just okay. The chicken was seasoned well in the bowl that I got, but there wasn't a whole lot of other flavor going on. I got a combination of their salsas to put on my bowl, and one or more of them had lots of stems that were unappetizing to find in your mouth.

The food is still good quality, but the service and ability to order via the company's own app is lacking at times. The staff that are there are generally fine, but it doesn't feel like a particularly enjoyable atmosphere to eat in.

Tried going to chipotle but not enough workers so they were closed. I figured I would try Pancheros. The staff and place was nice and clean. The food was as tasteless as it gets. I was surprised that they don't offer barbacoa, so I went with their chicken. I was impressed by the mixing at the end, nice touch. But when I brought the burritos home it was thumbs down by everyone in the home. My wife said it best "If Chipotle is a 10, this is a 5." Not that chipotle is a 10 but hopefully that gives you some reference. The rice was bland, the chicken was flavorless, and even after adding jalapeños and other ingredients, I was left wanting.

The food isn't great. Everything was too wet and it soggied my burrito. The tofusada is too spicy. The queso was like water. And they skimp on the portions. The staff was nice, but had to ask them to restock the drinks area because it was out of lids. It was absolutely freezing in the dining room. I run hot and even I had to keep my sweatshirt on and I was still cold. I wouldn't come here again unless someone else really wanted to eat here. Or I was desperate.

Can get a massive burrito for a decent price without a long wait. Alot of stuff is made fresh. Haven't seen chipotle since I started going here. Don't forget the fujita veggies Parking: Decent parking that's easy to get in& out of.

Reminded me of Chipotle but without the flavor and they were open lol.. If they spiced it up a bit ad had all there toppings available that are listed on the menu I would possibly go back as Chipotle is none existent nowadaysFood: 2/5

Fresh tortillas, great ingredients, and their hot salsa is actually quite hot. Shockingly good burritos.

Chipotle is better and cheaper. Pancheros charges 8.75 for a burrito and Chipotle charges 8.15. Also got the pico salsa from Pancheros and it was only tomatoes with a little bit of onions and cilantro. No peppers or salt which I think is weird.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: Yes

Worst experience ever if I could give 0 stars I would. The staff is very mean and rude. As soon as you walk in it’s very hostile and unpleasant. The management is even worse. To allow such awful behavior. Should not treat customers like this. The b**** with black hair and glasses. Needs to be fired she has awful customer service. She Is very entitled. I’m not the only one who has had problems with her.
