El Carambas

Great food. Awesome salsa bar. American Mexican and Authentic Mexican. Chips should be better; only complaint. But free chips n salsa just like a regular mex place, just no server here. You order up front, they give u your chips, and then they bring your food. You get the drink.

I’ve lived on the Mexico border and I’ve had Mexican food all over the country. And El Carambas is absolutely authentic and delicious. I’ve eaten there dozens of times. The owner/manager is a great guy. Very friendly staff. Great ambiance. Delicious food. Highly recommend.

Authentic mexican food. Refreshing micheladas and tasty chips

I would say that El Carambas is really good- fresh salsa and well seasoned meat. It's just not the best Mexican I've had in the Rochester area. Still would recommend

The food was horrible. The rice and the beans were from frozen and canned and then they added water in it. It was not edible. The enchilada was beef and tortilla but no spice at all. Never had such a low grade Mexican food in my life. Please save your taste bud and don’t go there.
