Taco Lab

I'm not going to lie, this is one of the best meals ive had in a long time. The Guerrero is nearly flawless, perfect seasoning, cheesy, great fresh toppings. And the elote is so good and comes out pipping hot. The corn is super fresh and crunchy. I was not expecting this food out of a truck. Wow.

This is one of my favorite places in Rochester. The street tacos are delicious, as are the elotes. A must try!

Customer service was excellent! A lot of food choices and I didn't know what to get because it all looks good. I had the chicken street tacos and they were very good!! I love the hot sauces too!

Tasty carnitas bowl, although they were out of some meats and their Oreo dessert. Pickled onions were a good add-on.

Went during lunch rush. Was not disappointed. I had the shrimp happens, side of habanero sauce. Second best tacos I've ever had in MN!
