Palm Palace

Palm Palace was a very nice place to eat at! They had a cute robot bring our food out to us! They had many different options to choose from! We were served by Abigail and her customer service was great! She made sure our food was perfect and checked up on us occasionally, also was very friendly! One of the dishes wasn’t to our liking so the manager Dahlia was very attentive and also provided us with outstanding service and gave us a different dish and guided us to dishes of our liking! I would definitely recommend for everyone to give them a try!

Hands down the best Mediterranean restaurant in town!! The veggies were extremely fresh and tasty, the variety of lamb dishes kept me digging back in. Our waiterAbby is actually the greatest, the representative, Aziz, that met us in the foyer was super warm and accommodating and the restaurant’s complimentary spiced tea was immaculate! 10/10 would definitely recommend birthday, holiday, or regular day! Parking: There is plenty of parking and the lot is very gorgeously decorated!

This place is amazing Highly recommend! Middle Eastern decor and the food is delicious! Our server Hoda was one of the best we have ever had! Free spiced hot tea in the waiting area was spiced deliciously. Hubby got the Mediterranean salad with added grilled chicken it was Huge! He couldn't eat it all! My sampler plate was great and I have left overs too! The pita and garlic butter was so good! My only regret is I didn't try the Hummus! Next time! Our food was brought out by a robot!! Very cool!

The wife and I FINALLY got a chance to dine in, as we've ordered takeout for over 2 years!! In addition, I've had the pleasure of being a delivery driver for them as well. Upon entry, you're always greeted with a smile, and the smell of spices and garlic just envelop you. Our server, Nadine was wonderful, even though she's a teen and new at this. My wife praised her customer service efforts as she was GENUINE!! Love this place! Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options! Grape leaves, kibbie, hummus, the house salad is a meal itself. Parking: Plenty of parking. Handicapped parking right at front door. They even offer curbside pickup still. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking. Low level, wheelchair accessible.

We celebrated my husband's birthday with a first time visit to Palm Palace. He is vegan and had so many options from their menu. We tried the spinach pies, tabouli sampler, lentil soup, freshly baked pita, and chicken fatoush for me. The flavors were outstanding. My husband did 2 tours in Turkey and commented how similarly the flavors of authentic Turkish food is. What an excellent experience. We look forward to returning. Thank you, Palm Palace!

When you first walk in the smell of the spice tea captivates you then when you get a cup while waiting it's so amazing. Our server Abby was wonderful and the little robot servers they were so polite. The food was extraordinary lamb chops very succulent vegetables fresh even the rice was wonderful. I don't know why they don't have five stars this is an ultimate dining experience. I drive 3 hours and 15 minutes from Indiana just to eat with my fiance here. Vegetarian options: So many meals without me best variety of vegan options Kid-friendliness: There was a little four or five year old sitting behind us and ihe was so cute he was talking to the robot server. They make sure the kids are comfortable Parking: They have ample parking in their lot we were there earlier in the day but came back later that night to buy some of the spice tea and the lot was packed to the hilt Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps so wheelchair accessibility is good Dietary restrictions: All the meats are halal of the herbs and spices are perfectly blended.

Literally the best food I’ve ever ate in my life!!!!! I come back every week and I’ll be a patron forever. Hoda is so sweet and she makes you feel like family. Palm Palace for life. Also I love the improvements they’ve made over the years. Absolutely love it.

They remodeled! It's so nice. Before the remodel the outdated decor was the only thing stopping this restaurant from.being 5 star. We relocated from Michigan and traveled to Mi this weekend....had to stop by Palm Palace. From the tasty tea when you enter to the delicious bread to the main course everything is delicious! The new technology robot waiter and Ipad menus adds additional elements of enjoyment. The tasteful muted gold beaded decor and new furniture tops it off! A must visit!

The best restaurant in the A2/Ypsi area. Food always pops off, great vegan options, and the service was excellent. Our server Hoda was staffing a whole section by herself including a 10 top, and still had time to attend to my table. Very friendly, and was kind enough to pack our to-go boxes for us.
