Palliser Medical Clinic

So far not a great experience. I’ve been waiting over a month to get it, I showed up to my first appointment only to be told “sorry, (s)he’s not staying until June because of a family emergency (which is totally understandable!!!) we knew there were going to be some people we missed to call. Can we rebook?” Okay fine. Then I show up for my second appointment only to be told “sorry... that was yesterday.” Which, I specifically scheduled it because I had some other appointments that day, so no, I did no schedule it for the day before, they messed up. And I didn’t get a call to remind me. So. Not a great receptionist. We’ll see how my appointment goes, if I ever get one.

Great service, lovely staff, and exceptional doctors. My Doctor is Dr. Stephenson and I can't say enough to describe how thoughtful, caring, and thorough he is. We have a family of 4 and he is equally empathetic and kind to our young children. Some of the other Doctors have also assisted us when Dr. Stephenson was unavailable and we have found them to be equally professional and caring.
