Community Health Site/Health Unit

Nurse was fantastic with my busy little kids. Informative, respectful, caring and professional. Front desk staff were abrupt and unhelpful. As someone who just moved to the area and wanted to better understand my next steps, I was made to feel like an idiot for asking questions. Just get past the front desk though and you’ll hopefully feel welcome and cared for.

Its normally on time. If you do have a wait for 15 min or more go check back in at the desk. I would give them 5 stars but they did not tell me my kids vaccinés would be at the fair grounds. Also the fair grounds flu clinic had really poor signage. I bill board at each entrance would have solved this. Also thier volunteers were very dence.

Good and efficient staff. Maybe can improve by adding little something more in waiting area.
