Horrible service. I wanted to buy a mask but the woman told me there were just too many too choose from unless I knew the exact name. I pointed to one on the counter and said - its like that but without the dial. She stuck with "yeah -- just too many" then a lightbulb appeared above her head and she produced a Quatrro FX. Now this mask is NOTHING like the one I pointed at but I have had one and it is a terrible mask. Somehow among the countless masks she hones in on this one?? I respond with -- NO that is is a terrible mask asd she says "yeah everyone thinks so" -- but she was willing to try and sell it to me! Hmmm - went to Chinook Respiratory and they were awesome and showed me exactly what I needed. Give this lazy place a pass

I have had two diferent experiences with RHS, one about 8 months ago and one just yesterday. I am in the healthcare field (RN) and I am extremely impressed with Rob and his team at RHS. Both times they have gone above and beyond to help my father deal with sleep apnea and his cpap equipment. I highly recommend RHS!
