Palasad Socialbowl

We've become regular patron as of late and I'm very impressed overall with the pleasantness of the staff and the quality of the food. I take my daughter bowling a few times a week and we have never had a bad or mediocre experience. The atmosphere is very chill and the staff are laid back and super friendly. Keep up the good work guys. The nachos are exceptional and the secret may be the chips themselves. The lighting did something funky with my camera but I kinda like it.

It's a bit hard to review because the experience is determined by the objective. If the reason for visiting is bowling and table tennis Palasad gets 5 . On the other hand if dining is one of the reasons for visiting then it is 2 . The food was a little over done and not as flavourful as I would have liked. Great for family activity and group outing. Take away is go for the fun of bowling and table tennis as well as the game arcade but not for the food taste.

We got here at 8 for some bowling. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding and our time got pushed back. The owner was super awesome and built a different experience for us; offering me a free drink, coupons, and arcade tickets. This meant a lot to me as it's my birthday and all I wanted was bowling, but he was considerate enough to give us some other type of fun : Great vibe and atmosphere. Super great customer appreciation and bounce back for fixing problems. Edit: Boon is a FANTASTIC server. So personal and genuine. He gives great advice for drink pricing, authentic experience, and overall just friendly and humble. I was so thankful to have him for my birthday tonight. funny, too. Thanks so much boon! Thanks :

I had a wonderful time. Great deal on Wednesday for pizza and wine. It made for a fun and enjoyable date night. We were planning on bowling and pool but it got so busy and we didn't have a a bowling lane or pool table reserved but we will know for next time.

I am so impressed with how they took care of us for a birthday party through every step of the process. My initial contact was with Ruth who coordinates events. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. She thoroughly explained all of my group’s options, facilitated some special requests, and simply has one of the best attitude’s of anyone I’ve dealt with in a long time. The evening of the party, we arrived 30 minutes after all the other guests it was a surprise party. They had sanctioned off our own private area in the back with a current pulled across to prevent the birthday girl from seeing anyone when we arrived. Upon pulling the curtain back, our group was poised and ready to yell “SURPRISE!” amidst a backdrop of beautiful decorations and a great selection of food and drinks. Almost immediately after the initial surprise, our server for the night Nolan came and introduced himself. The Palasad is lucky to have Nolan on their team! He took great care of us the entirety of the evening. We never wanted for anything because of his near preternatural instincts with regard to our needs. Like Ruth, Nolan also had a fantastic and genuine attitude from start to finish. You can tell the difference between people who are putting on a good face, and those who genuinely seek to provide a great experience for those they serve. In this instance it was clearly the latter. Everything was on point through the evening. The food and drinks were fantastic. The entertainment was equally great. The staff are truly exceptional. I’ve enjoyed this venue for years but this was the first time I had booked an event and I can say with certainty that I will absolutely be doing so again! Thank you to the entire team for making a special woman’s birthday extra memorable! Can’t wait to visit again!

Actually the coolest bar I have ever been to in my entire life so far. Bowling, games, a full bar, a restaurant, and a big stage for bands. They employ a legitimate sound guy for shows and you can bowl and play games while watching and listening to bands. Its family friendly before 9pm and adults or accompanied minors only after that. A really great idea for a bar. Seriously genius. I'd recommend going early if youd like to bowl, the place is always packed and the line can be 2hrs for a lane. Definitely worth a visit. Only bummer is the place does last call relatively early and it closes at midnight instead of 2am.

The place is pretty nice! Great place to hang out with friends, family or to go for a date! They have arcades, billiards, bowling, live music, bar, restaurant, and an escape room! The only thing is they do not take reservations and we had to wait for an hour. On a saturday btw

Good food, good staff, just wish they wouldn't cram everyone in so tight in the bowling area. Update post reply - this was a Thursday, and we were told that you usually put 8 people on lanes. We asked for 2 lanes but could not be accommodated. There was no where to go or move with even just the 6 of us. Especially on lanes 7 and 8 when staff constantly come and go from the booth. We had fun, and the staff was nice, it was just very tight.

Some friends and I came bowling the other day and had a great time. Super cool atmosphere with bowling, pool, live music, bar, and restaurant. We’ve been a few times and will certainly be back. We met one of the bartenders named Tony who was great. Always gave us great recommendations for drinks and knew how to make any drink we requested.

Great service by my server Jolene with awesome Garlic Parmesan Wings! Dining room was very comfortable to sit in with a view of the kitchen and people/car watching along Adelaide street. Lots of parking behind/beside restaurant too! Thanks for the great service and food!
