Palasad Wonderland

A blast from the past - our family moved away from London years ago. My daughter and I returned recently and enjoyed our dinner and arcade games! The wood oven pizza, garlic bread and caesar salad were excellent! My daughter enjoyed a few arcade games before heading home. I recommend this place for customers of all ages!

For the first time, I was in charge of organizing a company event for my team. Palasad made it so easy to make an enjoyable and memorable day! Our host Aleecia was fantastic. Very friendly and made sure our afternoon went smoothly. The food was delicious and fed some really hungry men with leftovers to spare. And the bowling was so much fun! Will definitely be doing this again!

We just hosted my sons 7th birthday here. It was the first time we had been there and it did not disappoint. Jessa and Andrea were great hosts. The birthday boy and his friends had a fantastic time! My 4yr old son was also there. Even though he did not want to participate in the laser tag party they still made him feel very much included. My only regret is not asking if the girls would be interested in babysitting! We will definitely be back.

We held Corporate Olympics at this location. OMG!! Highly recommend. Morgan was our host and she was incredible. She took good care of us. She kept everything organized and fun. It was a great way to host a team building event that was basically hands off from a management perspective. The whole team at Palasad South from Tiffany to Jay, James and of course Morgan took care of everything for us so we could enjoy the night and connect. Food was great as always too. Such a fun time.

It's like The Rec Room, love that at the Palasad they have both billiards and, bowling. The service is incredible, kind, polite servers. There are games to play for kids and, adults.Service: 4/5

We had fun bowling for an hour. It costs about $24 per person and then we enjoyed a large pizza, brownie dessert, and a mini pitcher. Food was great and Lauren, our server, was efficient and friendly

We had our sons 8th birthday today at Palasad South. And can I say what a wonderful experience! Extremely accommodating and super easy! The kids had a blast and we were not stressed at all! Our party host was extremely wonderful and went above and beyond for us helping me set up, making ballon animals for the kids, teaching them how to bowl and dancing! I highly recommend having your party here and make sure you ask for Tavia you will not be disappointed. Without her the day would not of been the same! Kid-friendliness: Absolutely amazing staff Tavia did a wonderful job entertaining the party!

I have shared in many events at Palasad south and it’s always been a pleasant experience. We enjoyed a team event there on Nov 30. Wanted to give thanks to the staff - Tiffany was helpful in finding the right fit for our timeline and budget. Our server was attentive and pleasant, even bumping the bowling time as we waited for everyone to arrive. Management stopped in a couple times to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and even a personal call after the event to thank us for coming in. It doesn’t get much better than that! Highly recommend for a consistent, delicious and fun experience whether as a family, with friends or a team building event.

The arcade is smaller than it looks on the website. There are some fun games, like Cruisin' Blast, but several of the games are just crane games and several more of the games were broken or missing pieces. Could probably use more maintenance. Staff seem pretty indifferent.

A fun night out with the family. Good service and really good pizza. Kids did laser tag which they loved and we did some bowling. Lane 15 seems to have some technical issues with the lack of resetting between games and would occasionally jump to the next player. Had to get help when the pins were placed and then froze. But staff were quick to respond. Overall, a fun night out and very family friendly.
