One of the best Persian grocery stores in the GTA! Great selection, always clean, well stocked, and organized. Would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered take out from Uber Eats. The family package states kebobs, stew and salad. I ordered this and an additional stew, so 2 stews in total. When it arrived, there was only 1 stew and of course I paid for 2. This is the second time it has happened so it’s clear there is a scam going on. When I called to inform them this for the second time, the woman on the phone was extremely rude and defensive. Instead of apologizing, taking accountability or even rectifying the situation, she actually told me it was my problem. Then she told me it’s Ubers fault for not updating their item on the menu to not include a stew and I should tell them to do so…. Pretty sure that would be your job but okay.nnNot only that but when I have been in the store for grocery’s, I’ve noticed there’s a lot of expired items on the shelves. I actually found a live bug in one of the pistachio containers. Looking at the reviews, this seems to be a consistent problem and I’m wondering how the Health department hasn’t caught on yet. It’s unfortunate that this is the closest Persian grocery store to me so from now on, I will have to order take out from elsewhere and rely on my family in Richmond Hill to bring our proper, fresh Persian groceries.
Absolutely amazing experience at Paaeez Supermarket. The store is extremely clean, well organized, and the staff are very friendly and respectful. The Persian food we had here was outstanding — fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. Honestly, I could not find a single issue with this place.nnOne of the best Persian supermarkets and food spots I’ve visited. They have everything you need, the place is very spacious, and the quality is excellent all around. Highly recommended to anyone looking for great Persian groceries and food.
