We just had a Mitsubishi heat pump supplied and installed by Pacific Rim and have just been blown away by Keith's service. Right from the initial quote through to the installation by Chris and the final follow up Keith. Absolutely no surprises, job was done when scheduled at the price agreed upon.
The installation by Chris showcased his pride and professionalism in his work.
