Geoff's a real salesman. He spoke of managing weekly production schedules with timelines, full records of work completed each week, regular budget reviews and a reasonable completion date(Mid-Aug.): when his workers were caught on surveillance leaving the property, stealing hours, he wanted a 2nd chance. We agreed then, when I asked his workers to pick up production, one left instead. When cost plus started getting expensive, we asked for a completion quote; it was outrageous. We were assured cost plus would be cheaper. Mid-October the deck is half done, over budget. The cut list for wood had 48 pieces of 12' 1"X10" red cedar plus 2 other specialty cuts. Carpenter #2 (1st one quit) confirm these specialty cuts of wood were not required & he too left after this. A concrete pump truck "that drove over our septic field", charged $2646.15 instead of $800. Geoff said he'd take care of the overcharge, instead his co. name was replaced by ours on the invoice and sent to us.
