Ripped us off completely. At first the cashier woman miscalculated the weight and charged us for double. I didn't see the receipt till later and realized what happened. Knowing exactly how much gravel I got, I called and left a msg. I was not angry, or rude, I just explained that there appeared to be a mistake, and hoped someone can get back to me. The next morning "Mack" called me , sarcastically defending his position, not allowing me to talk, mocking me, and being adamant that the woman made no mistake, even though I have receipts. He was not willing to examine anything, so I just told him to keep the money, as I could see this would not be resolved, and his response was to hang up in my ear. Terrible business, and totally unprofessional. I will go elsewhere for my gravel in the future.
