The Columbia Street Location in Fall River was horrible to deal with.  I was ignored, insinuated by them as they insinuated I was doing something illegal and they were miserable (perhaps because of the rain), and they lost a fax that was confirm sent and to the correct number 30 minutes prior.  These people choose to deal with the public, and I had to deal with them, so how is that my fault and what did I do to you.
