Very unhappy with this Agency's service. Called Richard last Thursday and my issue has yet to be resolved and neither him nor his staff have returned my call. Very difficult to reach ANYONE at a reasonable time, let alone anyone at all. 

Update: Two days after this post I was able to reach an agent (not Richard) after being on hold for 20 mins. He stated that he did not know of any updates with my policy and would called me back in 15min.  Unfortunately he never called me back, so I have terminated all policies with the agency.

Have had Allstate for 40 years. This office for well over 25 years. Awful experience of late. Can't get a call back. Waited a full month. Called Allstate 1800 number to complain. They put me through to someone I thought was a supervisor. Guess what?? My agent picked up. Amazing he answers when put through by Allstate but doesn't pick up when I called directly. Losers. The whole company. Left Allstate after 45 years. Their loss. 6000 dollar policy gone.  Went to Farmers and Progressive and both offered me over $ 2000 in savings!!!!!
