Charles River is a very professional agency, their staff is great, very responsive and knowledgeable. They have helped our business with cost competitive products, and helped my family on the personal side. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good partner.

Unresponsive, Terrible Customer service (No Return calls, no responses, customers not important), hard to work with, Unprofessional. Don't buy insurance from these morons!
