I have been going for 7 months. I love that all the instructors are amazing and caring. This is a very accepting environment perfect for all ages, genders and body types. I find the classes over great beats, welcoming instructors offering different options. I love the dark environment.
So glad I discovered this place! The classes are great, instructors are awesome, front desk staff is so friendly. Always super clean in and out of the studio. I am just getting back into fitness after some health issues and they are super accommodating/provide modifications you can do if needed. I love that it’s in a darker room. I always feel so great after leaving a class. It’s a very welcoming environment for people of all body types.
I was so happy when one of my friends introduced me to this studio! All the instructors and staff are super sweet and kind. I’d definitely recommend the amazing $10 for 10 classes trial and you’ll fall in love with this studio!
Im sooooo happy this is in the heart of Orleans! The staff is so sweet and knowledgeable! I started with doing only the hot yoga classes but I quickly started to love trying the others as well! Great variety thanks for every you do!!
I have been looking for a place exactly like this, finally it’s here!! I did the Hot tone and Sculpt class and stayed for the Hot freedom flow after, both with Carol, both great workouts. The room is hot, as hot yoga should be, the atmosphere is relaxed but not uptight, loved the lighting and music as well. Had a great workout and feeling so energized and relaxed. Extremely satisfied and excited to go many times a week.nnReposting a couple of months later, still as happy with my workouts at Oxygen Orleans. Early mornings with Ashley are the most energizing way to start my day. I’ve also become pain free, had hip issues causing pain daily and since I’ve been coming here, it’s been 100% better, very grateful, strengthening and stretching are working miracles on my body. I’ve also been told my skin glows, bonus! Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to feel good and healthy!nnThird repost, 6 months later, attended nearly a hundred classes, still very happy with my membership at oxygen.
