I am incredibly satisfied with my experience at Altea Gym. The gym is always clean and well-organized, creating a great environment for working out. The facilities are well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. I especially love the Tempo Cycle classes, which I attend between 4-6 times a week, and sometimes even twice a day! The classes are challenging yet rewarding, and I always feel motivated to push myself further. A huge shout-out to Monica and Micheale for their fantastic classes. They are two of the best instructors I’ve encountered, constantly motivating everyone in the room and pushing us to exceed our limits. Their energy and enthusiasm make each session feel truly rewarding.
Very grateful for Tolu at Altea Fitness for his help with my membership and his amazing customer service experience! The gym is clean, well-equipped, and perfect for reaching your goals. Highly recommend!
Having a gym like Altea in Ottawa is truly one of the best things to happen to the city. With an incredible variety of activities, including a sauna, cycling, pickleball which I’m obsessed with, and more, it’s impossible not to want to spend time here, especially during the colder months. I was eagerly anticipating the grand opening, and I’m thrilled they delivered on time before the New Year. It’s an exceptional addition to the city!
It’s so nice to have such a beautiful health club in Ottawa! A fun escape from reality after work or school Also ROXANA who is the barista at the smoothie bar is the BEST! She’s so nice and makes the yummiest, healthy drinks!
I couldn’t be more happy to be a member of Altea. The facility is immaculate, and incredibly aesthetically pleasing. The number and variety of classes makes it easy to work around my varying schedule and ensures I can have an amazing workout led by a top notch instructor anytime I want. The sauna, steam cabin and recovery lounge have completely upgraded my wellness routine, and I feel like a million bucks every time I leave the club.nI have completely fallen in love with Pilates, thanks to Rachel! Her classes are challenging and very well sequenced. She doesn’t waste a minute or a beat, and ensures that everyone in the class is practicing safely and in a way that works for their body and fitness level. The physical and mental results that I have achieved in just two months are incredible!nAll of the staff are friendly, and welcoming.
