The Far Infrared technology is unique to our studio. Infrared helps to promote blood circulation within your muscles, tendons and ligaments. The infrared technology heats your muscles first (from the inside out), helping you to safely go into poses quicker, promote healing of injuries, detoxify your skin and boost your immune system.
