Absolutely phenomenal food! Nice, cool laidback guys here. The crispy chicken knuckles were amazing! Crispy, tasty, and nice crunch from the cartilage. Oxtail was so tender and full of flavor. Brisket is quite unique, I love it! So glad I walked over here to check it out after ordering from Parkway. 100% will be back to try the other dishes.
Found this place when searching for lunch. I ordered a beef brisket combo, it taste so good and the portion is super large. The crispy chicken knuckles also very delicious. Overall their service and food is good, highly recommended!!
Tried out this new establishment in the Shoppes of the Parkway Food court 670 Hwy 7, Richmond Hill,. All in all a good experience. Liked the positive eager vibe of the two young lads working the front area. Had the Oxtail on rice with some cole slaw. Price was $13.72 with 20% discount due to new openning. Meat was tender and moist but not too greasy. Would have liked it to be a bit spicier because I am from the Carribean and we usually have a bit of a spicier version of Oxtail. Also a thicker spicy gravy would have been a bonus. Perhaps a spicy /non- spicy version? Would also suggest that the slaw be drained of the water in the container. I think these guys are onto something here. It is a quiet location even before the pandemic but I wish them great success.
Friendly service, flavourful and satisfying! If anyone likes briskets, oxtails, garlic naan, crispy chicken softbone cartilage and marinated tofu ~ this would be your go to place.
I was at a conference today at the Sheridan Hotel of Richmond Hill. This oxtail place offered me samples of their food and the oxtail was amazing. Definitely one of the best oxtail I ever had. Such a steal with such quantity.

Awful. Got it for delivery last night. The fried chicken they used the tendons for it so every bite has that awful over chewy tendon in it. Not a good way to save on your food budget. Oxtail was over salty Edit: name calling by the owner's response. Theres restaurants who can communicate to their customer's mistakes with elegance. Then there's this kind of immaturity by resorting to calling people names when he receives criticisms. Do you want to eat at an establishment owned by someone with such bad vibes? Your choice of course.
The food is fantastic..Fresh and tasty...My favorite is the crispy tofu and the beef stew plus the butter chicken that was level up in flavor: Also Jerry is very kind and pleasing; i always come here whenever im in Richmond hill..Perfectly Amazing! Craving Satisfied
A new hidden gem in Richmond Hill. Oxtail is very tender that comes with a big bowl of rice, refreshing salad and a pop. This satisfies my stomach enough! The only thing I hope they can improve is the temperature of the food. Most of the customers like to get take out. It is better to have hotter takeout instead of warming the food up after. Keep going guys!
Extremely happy to have a new gem open in the area. I tried the pork knuckles, butter chicken and the oxtail. Pork knuckles are juicy and flavorful, the right parts melt in your mouth. Oxtail is also very flavourful, some of the fattier pieces was some of the best oxtail I have had. Butter chicken was good too, I enjoyed the overall flavour but my personal preference would be if it is a bit tangier. My reference would be butter chicken from Bombey Bhel nearby. However, I can still eat multiple bowls of rice with the sauce. I agree with another review saying that spicy versions of these dishes would be killer. Will definitely revisit!
