The Owl's Club doesn't look like much on the outside, but on a Saturday night, after 9pm, go inside and down the stairs and sing and dance the night away. Decently priced bottled beer and shots can be purchased, but no mixed drinks. They also have pop and water for those who prefer not to drink alcohol. If you get the munchies they have bags of chips. Saturday night Karaoke finishes around 1pm. There are also dart boards and pool tables. They lose a star because the washrooms need a bit of work and it is not wheelchair accessible.
It's the classic Canadian Legion Experience. If you're a male you must take your hat off. Be prepared to experience a wonderful mixture of humans. It's also great place to meet people mostly older but some younger as well. It's not too fancy but they have endless darts, a couple of pool tables and a shuffle board. They have memberships available for people who are interested in the atmosphere which allows you some off day access. Darts on Tuesday Nights with the Bloor Street Dart League Afternoon Darts on Saturday, drop in style come one come all, and expect to play with a partner. Darts for BSDL on Tuesdays Cribbage on Wednesday Country Night on some Fridays. Karaoke on Saturday nights. New members welcome! A yearly club membership is currently around $45. The club is also available for private bookings and shows for the upstairs portion. They usually host live shows, or dance nights. Occasionally there's pop up shops, or their small kitchen will host families for cooking and celebrations. If you have an event and need some space the Owls Club may be the perfect place. It's not exactly state of the art, but it is a comfortable environment that is located downtown and just a few minutes walk from Ossington Station. Parking can be hit and miss depending on the days. Tuesday for instance is a little harder to find a spot directly outside the club so you make fond yourself having to park on a side street, or maybe finding a Green P close by.
This place is highly inconsiderate to neighboring houses re: noise they make. Here is 1:30 am and there is still noise from in front of the building that can be heard many houses away.
A hidden gem, absolutely. Always good vibes, wonderful people running the space and know that when you buy a beer here you’re supporting a community.

Nice people to hang out here, everyone is included, not the most modern, but definitely a fun place. Great selection of Kereoke - Lorie Corrupt Nation
H.O.P.E Centre has church services on Sundays at 11:00 am. I really enjoy it. Nice place for rentals for weddings, birthdays etc.
