Justin and his team @ Overdrive are one of the most personable people in this industry. They are super knowledgeable and sets the expectation of what their work. Been going to here for dashcam installs, custom wiring, and now car maintenance. They've often times have gone above and beyond of what I requested and they always over deliver. Its rare for shops nowadays to truly care for their clients. 100% recommend Overdrive for all your automotive needs
About a week into changing the pads & rotors on my M4 Comp. and it doesn't get any better!! As soon as I requested a quote for brake job, I was provided multiple options with great pricing. They then recommended the best case scenario with respect to my needs by providing a thorough description of all parts. Huge thanks to Justin & Gary for an extremely efficient and quality work.
Overdrive in Richmond has for a couple of years has given me excellent service. They installed a camera for me and another time put on wheel covers for my Mini Cooper! Today I did not have an appointment but they found a slot for me to bring my car in. Missed their shop on Shell Road as it was close by a bus company where I drove tour buses through Canada and the United States for 20 years. Maybe some day they will get in the bus industry?
I've known Raymond for years and only now do I go to him for my auto services. He was able to get me new all weather tyres on the day that I needed them most. Being stuck in the first snow storm of the season Reliable, trustworthy and great prices!
Justin and Wesley are two of the most stand up gentlemen I have ever met. They are quick and efficient. Their team ROCK. I come here for all my race car needs. Every addition to my car gives me more horsepower. I am so fast now.
Really nice and clean place, knowledgeable staff and great service, I would recommend them any time, the owner is super friendly and the prices are competitive. I’ve installed three different things on my car including tinting the windows and I’m 100% satisfied. Thumbs up
I was recommended by a co-worker that is also Justin's friend shout out to Pete that this business is the real deal. You right LOL. Superb service and a friendly environment. I also got my tires replaced at Overdrive than the usual Costco. Their service was quick and easy and with no pain at all. I recommend to others to Overdrive. Below, I got my headlights changed due to one bulb going out. He recommended that I go with LED lighting because they were brighter than the normal halogen lights. Now my car looks cooler than before LOL.

Trustworthy, honest, great customer service! Justin is great to work with. Takes the time to consider what you're looking for, and offers his recommendations/advice on what he thinks will make you happy. Bought a new car a year ago and was was looking for a dash cam, winter tires, and window tinting once winter rolled around. Very glad I reached out to Justin. The team was very efficient with getting the tires and wheels in and mounted before the installation visit. Install was fairly quick as well. Ended up with the following at a great price: - Thinkware Q800 Pro - Michelin X-Ice Xi3 - RTX Contour - 6 Window Tint 35% rear, 18% hatch
