Outdoorsman Restaurant

This summer we stopped here. After meal, my family get charged table fees...I did pay...But I never got charged for table fees elsewhere in Canada... Because we look like travellers? I hope my comment can be helpful.

It's what you would hope for. The ice tea was a great mix of citrus, sweet and bitter. It tasted homemade. I had the breakfast. The sausages were wholesome. Everything was cooked how I had asked. I hope to come by again.

A cozy family restaurant in the heart of Atikokan. Food is heartwarming and servers are like family, you'll instantly feel at home.

THE best hot turkey I have ever had, and I've had many. Lots of times certain ingredients are cold and/or lack bold flavour, because it's a leftovers dish. This one was so on point, Turkey was perfect and the gravy brought the bold flavour coming in hot. Also, legit cooked carrots with a little bit of butter on side and the fries/garden salad were what you want with this dish. Excellent work.

I recently visited The Outdoorsman Restaurant in Atikokan, Ontario and had a mixed experience. I ordered a burger and poutine, and while the burger was delicious and cooked to perfection, the poutine lacked flavour in the gravy. Additionally, the onion rings I ordered on the side were cold upon arrival.nnDespite the issues with the poutine and onion rings, I was impressed with the prompt delivery of the food. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my visit, making for an enjoyable dining experience overall.nnOverall, The Outdoorsman Restaurant has some great menu options, including the burger I tried, but there is room for improvement with some of the other dishes. If you're in the area and looking for a quick meal, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit.
