Love every doctor that I've worked with. The OB team is great, Dr. Dawson is amazing. Absolutely love the close cooperation with the Almonte hospital. And that even if we can't get a doctor's appointment the day of, we can always speak to and/or see a fantastic! nurse.nnI genuinely don't understand how the rating is lower than 5 stars. At least for everyone I've interacted with.

I and my husband had our first appointment with Dr Almeida as our family doctor on Apr 13 2023, and we really liked her. She was respectful and answered all the questions we had. She also asked for some blood exams for us to have baseline tests results.nAlso, the clinic is very organized, clean, nurses and staff were very helpful and friendly.nThe waiting times to get appointments would be lower, so is this why I’m giving 4 stars.

Absolutely horrendous wait times for anyone to pick up the phone. I absolutely love my dr. She's amazing, understanding, and takes all my concerns very seriously but when you call to book an appointment, or reschedule an appointment it's absolutely the worst wait times I've ever seen. I've currently been on hold for half an hour just trying to reschedule an appointment for my daughter.

Dr. Turcotte provides excellent care and listens to her patients, she is the best doctor I've ever had. This is a wonderful place that has always done their best to help me. They're LGBTQ+ friendly too :

As a new patient, I think the clinic is great! I'm able to schedule an appointment to speak w/ family physician in a reasonable time. Physician takes time to listen & address concerns. Impressed with level of care & service provided by the clinic.
