This Medical Clinic is very poorly run. Trying to connect with a receptionist to book an appointment is utterly frustrating. The hold times are unacceptable. It seems there isn't anyone working there to speak to patiences for booking and consults with their respected doctors. Also trying to get in touch with the clinic for renewals of prescriptions is impossible. This needs to be addressed ASAP

Dr. Turcotte is very knowledgeable and I'm ++thankful to have her as my GP, especially considering the current shortage of primary care practitioners. It has never been an issue to get in urgently when needed and staff are usually very easy to deal with. Wait times on the phone can be long but nothing unreasonable, if it is important I don't mind waiting an extra 5-10 min. Given the ongoing challenges I appreciate the clinic working and adapting with what they've got.

As a new patient, I think the clinic is great! I'm able to schedule an appointment to speak w/ family physician in a reasonable time. Physician takes time to listen & address concerns. Impressed with level of care & service provided by the clinic.

This is a great hospital and dr. Quackenbush is amazing to have as a doctor. The only problem I have is when your doctor is away on vacation and you have to see another doctor name dr. Boyd. This Dr. Boyd has a real attitude and could care less about you. It's sad that you have someone like that working in Almonte.

When you actually get in, I love my doctor Milko. I spend hours trying to get or sort out my prescriptions. Been on hold now 30 minutes but I am not sure they're even working. They have to figure this out. The prescriptions I mean. Today, I would just like to know if they're even there.

Not very happy with the way things are going , I’ve had two of my appointments cancelled / declined . It’s like my family doctor has no time to speak with me , I also can’t reach other to her without going through several other people . Everyone is kind just doesn’t make sense to me

I go all the way from ottawa to see my specific doctor for pap tests because she is just that good. Upon arrival i was told someone else was doing it! Very unhappy that they didn’t inform me ahead of time

Excellent staff and service , they have all been great to deal with, They give you the time to look at your situation and assess you properly . it is refreshing to see professionals act accordingly

Great staff helpful doctors. Can usually get in the same day when needed.

Worst staff ever seen in my experience, so ignorant and hard hearted
