Her office is consistently dropping the ball on basic professionalism. You basically can never get a call to go through and be answered or returned, regardless of what day of the week it is or what time of day it is. Calling at 2pm on a Tuesday for example? No one answers. It's also very difficult to get her to take some chronic illness concerns seriously enough to refer to specialists. She will also refuse to refill prescriptions without appointments or bloodwork depending what she feels is relevant, even in a pandemic, even when those medications are extremely important to not go off of, even if the medications and bloodwork have been consistent for years. This comes across like punishing patients for not being able to access other kinds of care easily by lording other healthcare access and treatment over them.
