"We are a piano store in Canada's capital bringing music into homes, schools and venues one piano at a time for the last 53 Years. Ottawa pianos is a locally owned family business run by three generations. In our showroom you will find concert grand pianos, studio grand pianos, baby grand pianos, upright pianos, both new and preowned pianos as well as digital pianos. Our Yamaha Music School is located on the lower level. Classes are available for students three and up. We offer group and private lessons from beginners to advanced and, of course, we are offering virtual lessons. We welcome you to visit our showroom."

Recently bought a Yamaha Hybrid PianoNU1X. My son had a hard time choosing between the Hybrid and an Acoustic. The store was incredibly patient as we returned a number of times so he could play them both. Finally decided on the NU1X. It was backordered for nearly a year but Carmen kept us in the loop on where it was. We got it this spring and could not be happier with the piano, it looks and sounds great. It has opened up a whole new world of playing for my son.

I recently bought the GB1K piano.it was a wonderful experience. Carmen was so knowledgeable and helpful. From a brief conversation when I was booking the appointment, she chose 3 pianos for me to play. This was so helpful and made the experience so enjoyable. . I was able to take home a Yamaha satin template to make sure that the piano would fit in our living room. This reassured me that I was making the correct decision.
