Ottawa Downtown Dental

A truly amazing experience! I have been to so many dentists, and this one is the best by FAR. The team was professional, nice, kind, and effective. The dentist was quick and knowledgeable. I could not recommend this office more. If you work in the downtown Ottawa core and are in need of dental work, this is the place for you! Trust me.

Very rude front end receptionist. My wife likes them but I finally couldn't take it any more and switched. She has to learn customer service. Dentist and hygienist are great. They could do better with a less bitchy receptionist for sure!!

Front desk staff are extremely rude. I wouldn't recommend going there. There was a misunderstanding about a treatment cost and I provided a solution to prevent this from occurring in the future...receptionist hung up when I was mid-sentence after she said she didn't want to discuss it. Very unprofessional. Not impressed.

I have been there twice... both times he knew I didn't have insurance and the girls made sure I knew how much everything cost. He took great care of me and it wasn't overly expensive. I would recommend him for a root canal anyday. Thank you so much Doctor!

My hygienist was fantastic. Those women at the front desk are BEYOND rude and preoccupied though and quite frankly, verbally abusive regardless of the assistance you need when speaking to them. They would remind me of appointments the day before and threatened to charge if I rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours. Poor planning and foresight for a desk admin with attitude problems through the roof. I've only seen Dr Watker a handful of times for 2-second check over that costs a small fortune. He screwed up a filling the one time he stayed for more than 30 seconds, making it impossible to floss. He too, is also in his own little whirlwind of poor customer service and rushing that leaves you feeling not only angry but confused about why you'd be crazy enough to be there when dentists are a dime a dozen! Save your sanity and pride and JUST DON'T GO HERE. Terrible.
