Dr. Ken Crossman At Hampton Park Dental Centre

I was nervous going to the dentist, and Dr. Crossman and his fabulous staff really made me feel at ease, hoping to have a lasting relationship with their team!

For basic cleaning and maintenance, this office is fine. However I'm very dissatisfied with my crown and the treatment I received throughout the process. Furthermore, they are closed Friday's and weekends making difficult to schedule appointments. When I needed to cancel, I was expected to call, not leave a message, during business hours, a minimum of two days before, which was almost impossible if my appointment was on a Monday or Tuesday.

I am an older guy now who has horror stories about dentists of times past. So because of that and my nervousness, Dr. Crossman and his staff have had to be very patient with me as I needed a lot of work to correct the damage that others have done. Bottom line is that I feel blessed to have found him. He is an amazing, painless dentist and his entire practice is modern and first class and that all starts with the front desk staff when you walk in, they could not be more welcoming and pleasant and have a way to put you at ease. 5 stars, triple A, top notch however you measure it , Dr. Crossman et al are just plain excellent!!!

Ken took over his practice from a relative of mine who retired many years ago, but because he is personable and good at what he does we have become friends. I always get the sense that my teeth, and those of my children are in good hands with Dr. Crossman. His hygienists are top notch and the office staff are always friendly. As a business they are flexible and accommodating with schedules and conflicts. What more can I say? Don't go to a mall dentist when you can get the real deal with Dr. Ken.

Amazing Dentist!! Rated one of the top dentists in the city for good reason (in my opinion he's #1). Myself and family have been going to him for a number of years and he has always done fantastic work. From thorough exams to new caps, partial crowns, and full on root canals he has treated us with great work every time. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to his profession, as well as caring towards his patients. His staff has always been kind, friendly, and helpful whenever I step into his practice. Needless to say, I wish I had been going to him a lot longer than I have been. While I have never been afraid of going to the dentist some people are (especially kids) and his funny and friendly approach is perfect for putting nervous minds at ease. To put it simply, Dr. Crossman is the best!
