It was my first time at this metro and I have to say I was pretty impressed by how big it was! So many options, I was going for a whole chicken and a cake for my dads birthday and they had lots of selection of whole chickens got a nice big one for 20$ and then needed a cake there was so many options I was there for 10 minutes trying to choose one! I’m so glad I stopped at this store it did not dissapoint. The cake was amazing, highly recommend this store if you need a nice cake for someone’s birthday! 30$ and the cake was amazing! It was called: chocolate truffle marble cake - alternating moist layers of chocolate and vanilla cake set between creamy white chocolate and chocolate mousse enrobed in belgian chocolate ganache. You can thank me later!!! It was the best

The new place started nice but quality and selection seems to be declining in the last 6 months. With the combination of a 30% increase in prices since 2019 and the grinding poverty of the staff I don't think I can shop here anymore. Staff turnover is becoming extreme. I'll try to get everything at Costco. They at least get a living wage from me buying overpriced food. I feel like I am both dumb for paying so much and a ghoul for taking advantage of the low cost labour.

Surprisingly terrible management. When shopping Friday afternoon May 10th, writer reported a customer going through the isles of this location barefoot. His feet were soiled and cracked. The manager’s words when reported by another staff member were exactly “… well he the barefoot customer, is making a purchase and will be leaving” ! It is not apparent how often this public health issue is tolerated however it was not a concern to management.

First I should say that this isn't a review about the staff, it is for the management. This store has very friendly and helpful staff that help you with everything that you need.nnService Management is where I have a problem.nI came into the store for my regular groceries and overheard some yelling. I go to see if it's someone that may have needed help but instead it is the service manager, I think her name was Catherine, yelling at an employee. Not raising her voice but yelling. The employee looked like she was about to burst into tears. From past experience of being a manager, that is not how you treat an employee, no matter what they may have did wrong. Not to mention that she is also very arrogant and rude to people that ask her a question. I wouldn't say that she is a good manager.nnBut there is positive news. There is a man named sanchit at the store. He helped me with everything I needed and made me feel welcome. I would definitely see him being a great manager.nnIf the store manager is reading this and hopefully he does, I would take some advice and find a different service manager that maybe cares about their staff and doesn't think that they're better than everyone else.nnThank you

I was at the store today grabbing a pizza and salad for dinner. The salad was 30% off so as I was scanning it the light went off on the self check out. This rude lady came right to me didn't say anything to me and started typing in a code. She then ask me if I was getting salad dressing with my salad. I said yes, She was like.... I don't see the salad dressing in your cart.I was like it right here under the pizza kit. She rolled her eyes and stood right beside me as I scaned the rest of my food. Then as I left she had a snarly Have a good day. I'm no thief! I was disgusted by how i was treated Who the hell does this employee think she is!!!nDo better metro!! I will not be back to this location!!
