Osteria Berto Gourmet Wraps

Amazing wraps and pizzas here! I love the fact that everything is made in house and it really shows. Must get the house made hot sauce which goes well with everything. I don’t give a lot of 5 stars out, but Osteria Berto deserves it!

Every item listed on their menu is amazing! It is hard to find good food that leaves you salivating when it’s not in your hand. The staff is amazing, very clean spot, and use fresh top of the line ingredients. Whoever is complaining about the staff being rude, you try cooking food from scratch early in the morning and prepare everything fresh on a daily basis. Consistency is key, Give them a break! Also, the cheesecakes are phenomenal, cheesecake Jay told me about this spot and he’s right on the money. Keep it going Berto and Lisa!

Best wrap in the city, they've perfected the recipe and regardless of which meat you choose, it's full of perfectly cooked veg and is nicely grilled to finish. Recommend ordering ahead, this place gets very busy around lunchtime !Food: 5/5

Berto’s offers gourmet wraps - who would’ve known wraps could be so delicious! My favourite is the steak. The wait does take forever so if you decide that you want Berto’s for lunch make sure to call an hour ahead and place your order over the phone. They know their wraps are the best, and so is their pizza and rice balls mmm! Whatever you decide… the food will be delicious! Just make sure to call in advance!

It literally took 1h45m to receive our order today. Called in at 11, told us to pick up at 12:15, got the food at 12:45 after standing around the restaurant for a half hour. After years, I can’t take it anymore. HORRIBLE time management, HORRIBLE customer service. Berto, at some point your wraps ain’t good enough to keep us coming. I’m done.

A friend of mine brought me here and I have to say it was the best steak wrap and pizza I’ve ever had. Amazing quality and incredible taste. I would give it a 5 star, but their hours and service make no sense what so ever. Arrived there at 1:30 on a Saturday and their hours are open to 3 but they turned us away because they wanted to go home. Figure that one out.

Great quality and delicious wraps, staff are focused on getting the wraps made and are a little cold rather than warm on the customer service side, other wise hands down terrific place to enjoy freshly made hot of the grill wraps.

The steak is absolutely amazing!!!! I just wish their hours were longer. Editing my review: the wait time is just way too long if you have only an hour for lunch. I suggest pre-ordering.

This place has the dumbest hours. Clearly don’t care for customer convenience. I gotta say they have good food but the lady working there is a miserable c***. They won’t open the doors till 12 even though there’s people lined up outside. And once you get in they’ll tell you it’s a 45 minute wait so don’t even bother coming here on your lunch break. Don’t come for dinner either they’ll be closed. Just go get a smoked sandwich next door
