Awesome place we got there at like 10 and it was already packed no tables available, I called ahead and they said the same thing that there were no tables. Long story short they accommodated a table for us. We had some food  which was all amazing 2 sharables and a mushroom risotto. The atmosphere was super lit and the service was great. My only regret is not going there sooner, a definite return. They also have a live DJ linked to Z103.5. All in all an awesome  experience, a great place would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Great service, and good food! I liked the mushroom pasta the most, it was very flavourful. Not a huge fan of the four cheese gnocchi though, not much flavour to it  Parking: Sufficient parking

Wow, this is a hidden gem that opened in 2020 and is our go to for amazing Italian eats. We’ve been to have lunch with a friend from England, for date night, and brought 10 people to celebrate Hubby’s 40th…it’s literally perfect for any occasion and any level of hunger.  The tomahawk is a SHOWSTOPPER! The desserts are imaginative and have Italian classics reimagined in such a creative way. Every menu item is drool worthy, rice balls, polenta fries, charcuterie, truffle mushroom pasta, lamb chops, pasta, THE FISH FRY! I could go on and on….  The service is really great, we have a favourite waiter but I’ve forgotten his name!  Weekdays are calm and quiet and weekends are busy so reserve early - especially when the live DJ is spinning.

Highly recommended!!  The atmosphere was great and filled with positive energy!  The food was deeeellish!  We were there yesterday and I asked my husband if we can go back today

Forty 40 Resto Lounge is a relatively new Italian restaurant in the Woodbridge area. Previously it was the home of another Italian restaurant, and the new owners revamped the decor here and it is much nicer than before.  I can tell that they are very passionate and dedicated in providing every diner great service and experience, and it’s also reflected in the food here because everything from start to finish is excellent! We had the pleasure of hosting our wedding ceremony and reception at this beautiful restaurant. We were the first to ever do this at this location and it turned out amazing! We wanted something simple and elegant and that’s what we received and more.  From the bride: * service was excellent, staff members were so attentive to each and every one of our guest and to us the bride and groom - ensuring that we were taken care of. There was always fresh water and wine on the tables, we never had to ask for refills- staff members would always top us up as needed. Staff always observant with what we needed. * Owners of restaurant saw our vision and the definitely made it happen, it was more beautiful then what we imagined * The food was spectacular, we had a 4 course dinner. Each course was delicious, presentable.  From the groom:  *I was definitely caught off-guard on how beautiful the venue turned out to be.  *I was thrown back at how delicious the food was.  *Service and attention to detail was amazing by owners and kitchen staff.  *This place was perfect for what we were looking for. Our guests were shocked that such a beautiful intimate wedding was possible at this location.  *Everything you do for a big wedding was done here. Just a smaller version. Fit about 80 guests comfortably.*  *We even did a super delicious late night table.  Thank you,  To all the staff for accommodating our needs and making our day extra special

This is a one of a kind restaurant in the area, worth visiting for sure! Service was impeccable and the food was outstanding. I'm sad I took only one picture because every dish is a piece of art. This just might be one of those places where you come not just to eat, but rather for an unforgettable experience...

My girlfriend and I went for dinner, I must admit the service/waitstaff was impeccable!! The food was delicious !! We were offered a complimentary drink prior to our dinner which is a beautiful gesture from the owner Joe. They had a Live DJ playing music, the Vibe was good! Everyone enjoying themselves! This has been the third time there and all of my experiences has been outstanding! To all the staff at 4040 keep up the great work! Job well done!!

We hosted a bridal party with about 60 people at Forty40 and everything was PERFECT! The food was AMAZING! Everyone was so pleased with the menu that the Forty40 team put together for us. The service was great; the servers were so friendly and quick to help out anytime someone requested something. And the owner Joe was so unbelievably accommodating. I couldn’t be happier with my event and wouldn’t think twice about hosting another private party at Forty40. I can’t wait to go back for dinner soon!

Great for new place on the scene. Had Ceasar salad, Speducci and Nonna Lucia's gnocchi. Very good salad. Speducci tasty, and gnocchi were made just the way my Nonna made them. Sauce was spot on with the gnocchi. Dessert awesome Tiramisu with great cappuccino to top it off. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend you try it out.
