Food is extremely tasty, spice levels are awesome, the spicy is pretty spicy. The meats are amazing, the white sauce is fantastic. Service was good and fast. Clean in and out.
i love ossie’s so much usually get their half and half chicken plate half rice half fries, medium spice with extra garlic sauce, but been recently liking their OzBox with the caesar salad!! this is my comfort food, and i’m so happy it exists hahahah
I love Osmow's! The food is super fresh and tasty. The people who work there ware friendly. Today I was talking to the wrap artist and he even gave me a free sample when I said I had not tried chicken on the rocks. I thought that was amazing!Food: 5/5
Amazing delicacies. Favourite go to for a scrumptious filling meal. Bulk orders are beautifully handled and accepted and they all have the same quality!! Hot sauce is hot even for asian standards, so step wisely.Food: 5/5
Chicken was really tender and good. Good ratio of garlic sauce although they added a little too much hot sauce. Good amount of vegetables. Overall 4/5
I'm only giving it one because there is no 0 star. We ordered chicken poutine hot. To my horror, they made a mixture of uncooked chilli powder and oil and added it on top of the other normal sauces. This chili powder oil mixture was uncooked and tasted bitter and burnt my throat. This is horrible. I wouldn't order from this place again.
Wish I could give a 0 star review instead. Been here 2 times and both times I’ve walked out empty handed. They have refused the student discount and told me that the “menu has changed” when clearly it has not. I offered to buy a Regular shawarma and asked if they take SPC and they replied with “the systems have changed”. They have denied me service in hopes to make a higher sale. I visited the whitby location to check if the menu or system had indeed changed and they clearly had not as I was able to order what I needed. Giving lame excuses to customer is just bad customer service
Referred by a friend and loved the food both times I've eaten there. Love the idea of rice and fries under the chicken - will definitely eat here again!

I really really wish I could have given this establishment more than 1 star, since I love shawarma so much, but unfortunately this place did not live up to any hype. The food wasn't even luke warm. Service was okay.
