Quiet acres of wooded, natural beauty call you to the Oscoda KOA this season. Relax, rejuvenate, explore. You can enjoy a family friendly atmosphere with shady spacious sites and Camping Cabins that rest along the 1,000-acre wilderness. In town, experience canoeing, tubing or kayaking at its best on the AuSable River, the AuSable River Queen paddle wheel boat tours, Huron National Forest, Lumberman's Monument, breathtaking views at Iargo Springs, Canoers' Memorial, River Road Scenic Byway, Wurtsmith Air Museum, ORV / ATV trails, golfing, shopping, dining and festivals. On summer weekends in the park, enjoy pancake breakfasts, hour-long hayrides, free antique fire truck rides and a rec center (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Swim in the crystal clear heated pool, jump until you drop on the Jumping Pillow or let the kids try 4-wheel pedal carts. Free Wi-Fi lets you keep in touch with family and friends. Stayed 2 nights here (Saturday and Sunday), the grounds are very well maintained and the staff very helpful. They have a large play area for the kids with basketball, play structure and a inflatable blob. They have a pool and camp store open 9am to 9pm, the prices are comparable to a gas station which is nice considering we are somewhat of a captive audience. My only complaint is their website states Strict enforcement of quiet hours 11pm to 7am however during my stay a group of campers were allowed to carry on until 1:30am at which point they must have gotten tired, which I could probably get over if the conversation did not contain an incredible amount of expletives primarily the F bomb (within every other sentence) and with no other noise to speak of it is very easy for children to hear this which I find unacceptable for a "Family oriented" camp ground. I would suggest changing the website to reflect the actual policy which was nothing more a small sign on the way in.

This is a wonderfully maintained KOA. The cabins are clean, the restrooms are nice, and there is a playground and gated dog park. The owners are very friendly and attentive. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place to get away from everything! Not the first time here, won't be the last. The staff have been very kind and helpful. Thank you for a great week!

Good place to spend some time with family and friends. My whole family enjoys camping here a couple times a year.

Very clean campground, nice staff. Hayride & fire truck rides for the kids were awesome. We'll be back.
