Osborne Bay Resort

Fantastic experience! We arrived very late so called ahead and the gentleman stayed and waited for us and guided us to our site which had a beautiful ocean view. We kept our tent open all night to watch the sunrise is the morning and what a sunrise! Walking trail along the ocean. Can’t ask for much more!

Great place in a small cute bay, family friendly neighborhood very pet friendly. The showers were very clean as were the washrooms anywhere on site. We paid 44$ for a beach front site with water & electricity They clearly deserve better reviews! Just go & see for yourself

Wash rooms were older but clean. Sites are a bit tight, its something you see at many campgrounds. The ocean walk is very nice. Staff were very nice and friendly. The one thing they are really lacking is a store with products. No ice sales.

Pretty nice campground in quiet Crofton. The tenting sites are basically right on the beach with views to Saltspring Island and a very nice walking path/boardwalk runs along the seaside. There is quite a bit of pedestrian traffic along the beach so it is not very private for tenters. The RV and trailer sites are mostly a little bit up from the beach. Bathrooms and showers are nice and clean. The wifi doesn't really work unless you are actually at the campground office. 4 stars mainly because of the location and cleanliness.

Limited office hours 10-2 make it very difficult to check in and out and can't find anyone to answer questions. Very noisy campground at night with no enforcement of quite hours. Had to run our AC fan all night to drown out the noise of the partying group across the road. Will never stay here again or recommend.Service: 1/5

Right on the ocean with great views. Nothing fancy but all you need. Washrooms were clean

We booked a cabin in September and paid a deposit. When we arrived at 2:30 pm on Friday there was nobody there. The office is open 10-2. Fortunately we had friends who were put in a 3 bedroom and they had room for us. We went to the office on Saturday and the lady couldn't even find our reservation. Fortunately I had a record of the deposit on my Visa. I left a message on their phone the day before saying we couldn't get into our cabin but they only check messages from 10-2. The lady working was very nice - it wasn't her fault. It's just a mess there. We've been going there for 5 years in a row- this was horrific.

Family was booked for a one week stay to be here for my sons birth, last minute the manager called and demanded 1000$ more after having paid in full months ago. Or to cancel the spot completely. 2 days before the long weekend. Terrible management service.

Nice campground located on the water next to Salt Spring Ferry. Sites very close together not very level but a great view. New owners who were very unprofessional. While were waiting to go into the office we overheard owners treating a full time resident very rudely. Ladies working in the office were incredibly kind but owners did not know their names. Referred to them as "the old lady in the office". Confirm your reservations when we arrived they did not have our reservation, thankfully we had it all on our phone. Told we had to move after 3 days due to another reservation. Moved to the new spot, no one ever showed up. Great views though and town of Crofton nice.
