We eat here regularly as it is a convenient place in the mall. However, the service sucks as the ladies stand chatting endlessly with each other without looking at the customers and act extremely haughty towards people. This is truly striking every time we eat here. the food itself is of mediocre quality.
It was very bad. We ordered kari and pad thai and it was so bad moreover, we found a hair in it. We also ordered fried chicken pieces and it was not edible at all. It tasted bland, too greasy, so bad. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Definitely do not recommend you to eat here, especially if you are a foodie person
The food is Ok but the service is only for one star. They do not smile at all and you have the feeling that you are intruding instead of come enjoy the meal and make them profit. Please, people smile just a little bit and keep practicing smiling. Thanks....
Great Poké, although the staff could have been nicer and smile a bit more.Food: 5/5
First time ever in this shopping mall and in Osaka. Place has a very easy going, eye catching atmosphere. Was there with our daughter and decided to have the running sushi even their menu looked pretty good. Running sushi has freshly made sushis, fruits, fried sushi and few options of nudles. We sadly missed some sea food : in the running sushi. And having discounted price during lunch time was a nice treat. Wheelchair accessibility: In the shopping mall.
Food was mediocre, nothing really bad. But service not just bad, they were apathic. I will never return to such place.Food: 3/5
All you can eat PRICE HAS CHANGED 469 per person Mediocre quality and variety of sushi but not bad. Service was unfriendly but also, not bad. Reasonably clean place, however, they don’t seem to be keeping the Sushi tunnel cold. That’s pretty sketchy and could be dangerous if left too long. Bottom line: If you can eat a lot and don’t mind a lack of variety, it’s a pretty good deal. If you open the door to the “running sushi” and don’t feel cold air inside, you had better only take items that you see going out fresh.
Went for lunch and the offer was broad and nice. Good service as the plates for 2 didn’t accumulate on the table appreciated. The conveyor was always full with both hot and cold dishes
Not bad. Running sushi starts bit later after opening hours. Great selection
The running sushi gets replenished pretty fast on busier days, and they take your requests into account.
