Original Joe's Restaurant & Bar

We went here for a quick bite after watching a movie, it was around 9pm. The waitress was polite and attentive. But the food was nothing to write home about. There was a little mouse running around, having total free reign over the outdoor patio area. It never left my sight. Not saying this is necessarily the restaurant's fault, but it ruined our experience a little bit. The patio area is very dark, with merely four small LED lights on each table. I guess it could make for a cool atmosphere but when there's a rodent running around it doesn't really do a good job of setting the mood.

Passing through here and needed somewhere to eat on a Sunday. The food was really great and service was outstanding. I had a teriyaki burger - delicious! Also had beignets - wow!

Called in a meal for pick up, the employee who i gave my payment to got mad at me for not tipping and demanded that i leave a tip... tipping is not mandatory and i didn't go in and sit down to eat and have someone wait on me, nothing was done for me to warrant receiving a tip and after being rude like that i most definitely wouldn't give a tip. I ordered the Turkey wrap, and the turkey was so dry and hard, it tasted several weeks old and it made me quite sick. As if that wasn't enough to make me never want to return to this restaurant, i witnessed the Manager of this restaurant on social media recently being rude and insulting people, calling them names and swearing... Never again will i give my money to Original joes, the menu is lacking anything of interest, the food is awful and the employees are horrible.
