Oriental Cafe

Excellent food in a great setting. Really hope they come up with delivery though, I would order delivery from them every day! But big parking space makes up for it most of the time. Also pork are like the hidden jewels of this restaurant, really flavorful and would recommend everyone to try them in some form.

I went there on a friend’s recommendation; will definitely go back. Ordered sushi roll and chinese dinner. Sushi was the best I’ve had in the area; food was great! Friendly staff and quick service.

I think hands down the best sushi you can find in Vernon. I haven't tried much from of their Chinese section, though my coworkers swears by their orange beef lunch special with hot and sour soup and orders them to pick up 2~3 times every week. But my absolute favorite has to be the crispy scorpion rolls - no questions asked. I just love the combination of eel, salmon, avocado and cheese all mingling in my mouth in harmony, my mouth is watering up just thinking about it. My only gripes about Oriental Cafe is that whenever I go in for a quick bite at 4ish (admittedly this would be like late lunch or early dinner) I have to wait so long for orders to come out and it's not like they are closed either. I guess some of it is my fault for ordering during the deadtime between lunch and dinner but still here's hoping service time during non-peak hours can be improved

I used to absolutely love this place. In the last year the sushi has become questionable in quality. Also, I went into the bathroom recently and one of the kitchen staff had just been in there smoking weed. Im cool with the weed smoking .... maybe not in the 3'x3' bathroom? Also the bathroom is freakishly dark. Who knows what may be lurking. Bring back the old OC

Place was clean. Employees were friendly. Sushi was made very fast, well prepared and fresh.
