Papa T's

My wife and I are both Italian, 58 and 50 years old respectively. We've both eaten pizza from around the globe over the course of our lives. Last night we picked up what I would call a "sample pizza" from PapaT's (we believe half cheese and half pepperoni is the best pizza to order for judging pizza quality). We agreed that the pizza we had was in the top 5 pizzas we have eaten in our lifetimes. The crust was perfect, not too thick, not too thin, cooked to perfection (no uncooked dough in the middle and no burnt edges). Papa T's put the pepperoni under the cheese, and to us, this is the best way to preserve the flavor of the pepperoni and prevents it from releasing its oils. The next step in our "sampling process" is sausage, peppers, and mushrooms! Keep you posted!

Came with the family, had a great time. Large portions of delicious food (I had the French onion soup and a grilled cheese, my brother a pizza, and my mom a hot pastrami sandwich). Our server Samantha was very doting and always there to help. Would definitely come again.

The meatball pizza here is the best. Unfortunately the last 2 times I have gone here it hasn't lived up to my expectations. Please go back to the sliced meatballs on the pizza. Not crumbled.
