BUSTED KNUCKLE GARAGE ORANGEVILLE

These guys are great, went above and beyond for us. Found us a tow company fast after we waited hours for a different one we called. Gave me and my wife rides to work, fixed our car fast and then even picked us up. Used them a few times now and always been GREAT , This is the place to go.

I went to these folks for over a year now and they seem like good people who won't rip off their customers. Once they even picked me up at my place and dropped me off again when my car was being serviced. That's great! NO other shop would ever do that for customers. But anyways.... I just recently took my car in for servicing and spent 350 bucks on new brakes. They did a good job on it but now I gotta take it back in again since there's something wrong with the engine. So I have to see what that's all about. But I trust BK .... cheapest labour rates in town and I haven't had a problem yet. So, because of that, I would recommend them to anyone in O'Ville who needs their vehicle serviced.

We have used Busted Knuckle a few times now, and we recommend them. We unfortunately had a car going south quickly, but they were very good at steering us in the right direction of what to do, and even where to go if something was out of there hands. This is a shop we will continue to use when needed.

I strongly recommend to avoid those guys. I went a year and half ago to change my breaks, they "changed" the front rotor and pads, for a decent price and in good timing. They told me they put the best stuff out there, coated, anti rust.. the best !! then I had to go back to another mechanic in town yesterday because the car was acting up weird when breaking. Once they took the wheels off, the guy ask me if those where the original rotor because the looked terrible ( the car is from 10-11 That makes me question if they really changed the rotors ???? I also got ripped off by them in the same week because they tried to fix an exhaust pipe... stole $200 from me for a job half done, and had to take the car to another mechanic to get it fixed. Once confronted with the issue busted knuckle had nothing valuable to defend himself they are fired
