Orangetheory Fitness - Shrewsbury

I absolutely LOVE Orangetheory Fitness Shrewsbury. Since starting I have never felt better physically and mentally. The coaches are amazing, motivational, and really push you. Highly recommend it!

Came here at 440am with a friend who has been working out here for a while now for a 5am class. I was rudely told that I could not work out here because I wasn't there 30 minutes early (apparently 20 minutes is not sufficient) and didn't call first. WHAT?!?!?! I just drove 30 minutes just to take this class...... And she says well I have to drive from that area every day to be here...... umm yes because this is your job. Hello it is a cardio class they have them at every gym. I literally passed 6 gyms on my way here. Your website clearly says "drop in your first time is on us" nothing states to be there 30 minutes before or call first!!! If that's your policy you should probably put it on your website right on the front page so people don't get out of bed at 4am to be there. I'm livid, this policy make zero sense, especially if you don't put it on your website for potential customers to see! Well you just lost 4 potential customers sucks for you!!!

Beautiful studio!!!! The Coaches are awesome- they give me the guidance and motivation I need. Amazing!
