Orangetheory Fitness is a one-of-a kind fitness experience that combines two concepts: heart rate-monitored interval training and group personal training. The one-hour, ever changing workout was formulated by an exercise physiologist and consists of diverse components including high-energy cardiovascular and strength training using treadmills, rowing machines, suspension training and free weights with short bursts of intense exercise.

Excellent fitness solution!

Eric was THE best instructor and time flew by in this class. I was super hesitant about the treadmill run, but it was actually my favorite part of class. Went as a drop in and left with a membership and cannot wait to go to more classes soon! You have to try Eric's class and his music was straight fire!
